DePIN Network

To keep the marketplace trustless but secure, Blockcast runs a decentralized prover network in which nodes earn rewards for verifying proofs submitted by the capacity of providers of their multicast coverage, footprint capacity, uptime, and node locations.

Any node on the network can be a challenger, and must stake a nominal token deposit to participate and earn rewards for proof verification. Nodes build their reputation by participating in challenges and proving their capacity resources and high uptime and committing stake before being included in a delivery contract and SLA.

The network helps provide a source of truth for verification of the delivery of services for SLA enforcement per terms of the contract with strong economic security guarantees.
